Motivation
Per this proposal , the expectation was set that DAO Multisig signers would be paid 500 BAL every six months. If approved, this BIP would see 5,500 BAL paid out to the 11 DAO Multisig signers for their work over the previous six months.
Based on feedback from signers and the team around tax implications, instead of sending BAL to all signers, we asked who wanted it and only included those who responded. Any of the other signers are free to request BAL payments, which will be paid referencing this BIP
Specification
The DAO Multisig 0x10A19e7eE7d7F8a52822f6817de8ea18204F2e4f will send 500 BAL to each of the following addresses:

Further, the DAO Multisig is authorized to send 500 BAL each to the following addresses until the end of February if payments is requested. After this date H2-2023 DAO multisig payments will be considered complete without further payment for the period authorized under this BIP.
