Summary
The purpose of this proposal is to kill four* gauges which are currently not being utilized due to dead ends with partnership initiatives. The four* pools are the TWAMM rETH/wstETH on Mainnet, OHM/LUSD on Mainnet, cbETH/wstETH on Mainnet*, and ACID/WETH on Arbitrum. These gauges have been active for several weeks and have received little to no votes. Killing these gauges keep our UI and system cleaner overall.
Motivation
The TWAMM rETH/wstETH gauge is proposed to be killed at the request of the Cron Finance team. The other 3* gauges serve no purpose to veBAL holders or Balancer users based on utilization. Removing them is a house cleaning in terms of UX and safety.
Specification:
The DAO Multisig 0x10A19e7eE7d7F8a52822f6817de8ea18204F2e4f will interact with the AuthorizerAdaptorEntrypoint at 0xf5dECDB1f3d1ee384908Fbe16D2F0348AE43a9eA and call performAction using 0xab8f0945 for the data(bytes) argument and the “Root Gauge Address” list for each pool below will be used for the target(address) argument.
