Summary
This publication supports redirecting the AAVE and/or stkAAVE proposal and voting rights from Llama to TokenLogic.
TokenLogic is a recognised delegate within the Aave Community founded my Matthew Graham.
Abstract
The main contributors to the Balancer ecosystem from Llama community was Matthew Graham and dydydmoon. The earlier is now 100% focused on building TokenLogic and dydymoon is transitioning from Llama to TokenLogic.
This publication advocates for redirecting Balancer’s AAVE and/or stkAAVE, proposal and voting rights, from Llama to TokenLogic.
Motivation
The below contains a list for recent proposals by TokenLogic.

- [BIP-360] Enable GHO/bb-a-USD Gauge [Ethereum]

- [BIP-357] Enable GHO/LUSD Gauge [Ethereum]
Further to the above, all of Llama’s proposals on the Balancer governance forum are the work of Matthew and Dydymoon. This includes the proposals to redirect protocol fees to new pools and to deposit BAL into Aave v3 deployments on Polygon and Ethereum.
Matthew and Dydymoon also designed the Aave Safety Module (SM) upgrade which includes integrating Aura Finance contracts and Balancer gauges into the SM. This work is ongoing and reflects the level of knowledge both have of the Balancer ecosystem.
TokenLogic is working closely with Balancer DAO, Aura DAO and other contributors within the Balancer ecosystem to support the launch of GHO. Details on the GHO launch strategy, focused on Balancer, can be found here.
This proposal suggests any stkAAVE, AAVE or BPT with voting rights (soon) that Balancer DAO holds be delegated to Tokenlogic.

Delegate all Aave DAO proposal and voting power to the following address:

At time of writing this includes stkAAVE and AAVE holdings. In the future this may include other assets which have voting rights within the Aave Community.

which will grant governance voting rights.
