I would like to request the return of a BPT token that was sent to the KNC Balancer pool contract address. I can provide the transaction information to prove that I sent it. It should be in the pool. Is there a way to retrieve an unaccounted for token? I was trying to join a KNC Balancer Pool on YFV. On Balancer, I converted some KNC into a BPT token. The BPT token was on my Metamask but not recognized by the Balancer pool for some reason. So I copied the KNC Balancer Pool address and used Metamask to send the BPT in my Metamask to that pool address. The transaction went through according to Etherscan, but it is not on Balancer or in my Metamask. Can the Balancer Community refund this token? Thank you.
