Summary:
After Balancer’s recent deployment and wire ups on Fraxtal it would be in the Protocol and DAOs best interest to enable BAL emissions to flow to pools on the network. In particular Frax Finance recently committed to deploying their protocol owned liquidity into several pools on Balancer, and these in particular should received approved gauges for vote incentives to begin to have an impact on the new network.

Motivation:
These pools will be core revenue generators on Fraxtal and act as a base of liquidity to allow propagation of new pools to emerge on Fraxtal. These gauges enable and help to kickstart liquidity routing, and Fraxtal ecosystem participants to choose Balancer as their liquidity destination.
