Summary:
In light of the recent upgrades and the subsequent halt of fee collection in the old IB/rETH pool(Galactic Dragon) as a mitigation measure, a new pool of IB/rETH(Galactic Dragon Act II) has been deployed using the new weighted pool factory. We propose to deprecate the existing gauge for the old IB/rETH pool and add a gauge for the new IB/rETH pool
