My funds were stolen from the weETH/ezETH/rswETH pool. I did not find my address on the reimbursement list, so I opened a ticket in Discord. They shrugged it off and simply removed me from the server. I cannot rejoin it.
Am I correct in understanding that due to security failures my funds were stolen, and the project team then chose to quietly ban me as if I never existed? That is low and dishonest.
How can I verify that I am a real person and regain access to the Discord server?
No, it’s not personal; it’s simply that the bot on Balancer’s Discord server is too powerful. This means you can be kicked instantly for sharing a link or a username. If you’ve noticed, you were probably kicked almost immediately after posting. It’s a bot, not a human, that can kick you in less than a second.
This problem has already happened to me twice, and I had to contact the Balancer page administrator a second time via private message on network X.
As for recovering some of your data, it seems we still have to wait to see how they’ll implement the system to enable wallets and the signature-based recovery method.

Sorry about that. Like @Pat_4_JARVIS said, it’s the bot that we have and security is tightened up since the hack. If you can DM your Discord username I can unban and take another look at your ticket.
