PR with Payload
Summary:
Proposal to add the 80TREE-20AavePrimeWETH Pool on the Ethereum blockchain to the Gauge Controller, enabling users to assign gauge weight and mint BAL.
The team has seeded over $1.5M of liquidity.

Protocol Description:
Treehouse Protocol, a digital assets infrastructure firm and the decentralized arm of Treehouse Labs, is at the forefront of revolutionizing the decentralized fixed income market.
Treehouse introduces tAssets, a liquid staking token 2.0 that empowers users to participate in the convergence of on-chain interest rates while retaining the flexibility to engage in DeFi activities.
Treehouse also pioneers the Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR) consensus mechanism for benchmark rate setting, enabling a range of fixed income products and primitives in digital assets.
Motivation:
Treehouse Protocol aims to strengthen its presence within the Balancer ecosystem on Ethereum by incentivizing liquidity for a TREE/WETH pool. The pool forms a key connection between TREE and Ethereum-native liquidity, with WETH serving as the primary routing asset. By establishing deep liquidity for TREE–WETH swaps, the pool improves token accessibility, trading efficiency, and overall capital utilization across the ecosystem.
A Balancer gauge for this pool would direct BAL emissions toward it, driving sustained liquidity growth. This supports lower slippage, more efficient swaps, and positions Balancer as the primary liquidity hub for TREE on Ethereum Mainnet.
Specifications:
-
Governance: Provide current information on the protocol’s governance structure. Provide links to any admin and/or multisig addresses, and describe the powers afforded to these addresses. If there are plans to change the governance system in the future, please explain.
-
Oracles: Treehouse relies on Chainlink Oracles, where it will be setting up a TREE price feeds
-
Centralization vectors: Besides the multisig + timelock there is no centralization vector. The project was launched as fairly as possible. Tokenomics are detailed in the whitepaper.
-
Market History: Strong market adoption, with over 29K holders of TREE. Given that TREE launched on 29th July 2025, there isn’t enough price history to make a fair assessment of the volatility. TREE is not a rehypothecated or pegged token.
-
Value: This pool will serve as a primary DeFi liquidity hub for TREE.
