Summary:
This pool uses the stable pool factor. The pool contains FRAX’s wrapped ethereum token, frax eth (frxETH), and WETH. Frax eth will be a net positive strategy of for drawing in additional volume and liquidity from the Frax ecosystem, as well as expanding our reach into the greater wrapped ETH market.

Protocol Description:
frxETH is Frax’s liquid wrapped ETH token.
Motivation:
Balancer is clearly pushing forward on all networks with staked assets as a key focus. By diversifying the protocols which supply staked assets Balancer opens up the door to liquidity providers to gain exposure to multiple providers, while facilitating trade routes for these assets. While frxETH is not yield bearing, this pool will make Balancer a competitive trade route for individuals to swap between the frxETH and standard ETH assets.

The DAO Multisig 0x10A19e7eE7d7F8a52822f6817de8ea18204F2e4f will interact with the AuthorizerAdaptor at 0x8F42aDBbA1B16EaAE3BB5754915E0D06059aDd75 and call performAction with the GaugeController at 0xC128468b7Ce63eA702C1f104D55A2566b13D3ABD for the target(address) argument and using 0x3a04f900 followed by the gauge address 0xEF3B68D9B6f44EeF2F6ea3d47D6e97707BF14189 and the corresponding gauge type for the data(bytes) argument.
