As per [BIP-648](https://forum.balancer.fi/t/bip-648-balancer-dao-financial-reporting-by-karpatkey/5787), as Balancer DAO’s partner for treasury management, @kpk is responsible for delivering financial reports and insights on the DAO’s treasury. After several months of mapping out addresses and labels, and collaborating closely with Maxis to accurately identify all of the DAO’s cross-chain interactions, we’re proud to announce the launch of our first iteration of the monthly Financial Report. # Monthly Report This report is an overview of the status of the DAO’s treasury, across Mainnet, Arbitrum, Polygon and Optimism, and its current financial health. There are several insights in the reports including: - **Fund Flow:** A snapshot of the DAO’s activity over the past month, breaking down each transaction. - **Operating P&L Breakdown:** A detailed overview of Income versus Expenses. - **DAO Treasury Wallet Balances:** A look at the DAO’s assets, including both idle tokens and DeFi positions. - **karpatkey Managed Treasury & DeFi Performance:** Insights into the [karpatkey-managed treasury](https://debank.com/profile/0x0efccbb9e2c09ea29551879bd9da32362b32fc89) and its performance over time. Each month, a link to the web report will be posed on this topic. # Next Steps We’re dedicated to continually improving our monthly reports. If you have any suggestions for adding or enhancing insights, we’d love to hear them. We’re also working on including the Foundation/OpCos bookkeeping records as the final piece in achieving full DAO coverage in these reports (date TBD). ---

Lovely report! Is it possible to add subtotals and reconcile fund flow movement with actual changes in funds between reporting dates? I think it would help a lot. ---
