# \[BIP-762\] Update DAO Multisig Signer Set and Finalise 2024

### Signer Swap

Given @Tritium left the Maxis at the end of 2024, and he is not able to remain a signer, this proposal would like to swap his address for that of for @fsxforte from Gyroscope ([X](https://x.com/ljfgudgeon)). He is currently at the [top of the list](https://github.com/BalancerMaxis/bal_addresses/blob/91b20232cf6b6af0755a5236c6880b79ee0a5f9a/extras/signers.json#L63) for next signers.

### Signer Stipend 2024-H2

As per [this proposal](https://vote.balancer.fi/#/proposal/0xadd41023d90e4e66bc1af834f7a3951b7c6171388d24f3779afed4ca9ad75a9e), DAO signers are entitled to a stipend of 500 $BAL every six months. Last payment was done for 2024-H1 ([BIP-681](https://forum.balancer.fi/t/bip-681-update-dao-multisig-signers-and-backup-signers/5909)), so 2024-H2 is due. Similar to last round the DAO multisig will thus transfer 500 BAL to the following addresses:

- Mounir: `0x0951FF0835302929d6c0162b3d2495A85e38ec3A`
- 0xMaki: `0x285b7EEa81a5B66B62e7276a24c1e0F83F7409c1`
- Evan: `0x59693BA1A5764e087CE166ac0E0085Fc071B9ea7`
- Tritium: `0xcf4fF1e03830D692F52EB094c52A5A6A2181Ab3F`
- nanexcool (separate payment address): `0x72BA1965320ab5352FD6D68235Cc3C5306a6FFA2`
- Stefan: `0x9F7dfAb2222A473284205cdDF08a677726d786A0`
- Gosuto (separate payment address): `0x3f993093c3917Fe7A117f37cFD008775249f59c8`

Furthermore, the DAO multisig would be permitted to pay 500 BAL to each of the following addresses, should they request payment before the end 2025-Q1:

- AlexLange: `0x3ABDc84Dd15b0058B281D7e26CCc3932cfb268aA`
- bonustrack87: `0x9BE6ff2A1D5139Eda96339E2644dC1F05d803600`
- David Gerai: `0xAc1aA53108712d7f38093A67d380aD54B562a650`
- Ernesto: `0xA39a62304d8d43B35114ad7bd1258B0E50e139b3`

### Proposer

Lastly, there is the idea of adding, besides the current signers, a proposer to the DOA multisig. Such an entity is able to prepare and propose a new transaction, but never able to sign any transaction. It is therefore proposed to add `xeonus.eth` (Balancer Maxis) as a proposer. This will create some redundancy and backup in case transactions cannot be posted through the usual channels.
