> ### Motivation Balancer and Layer Zero contributors have recently completed development and testing of bridging veBAL boosts cross chain. Now that the final version of the contracts have been deployed governance must grant certain permissions for the system to function properly. ### Specification > **Ethereum** > > 1. > > The DAO
