**Rationale** : Friendly fork status implies quality development and progress in another protocol. To date this has not been achieved and so revoking this status makes sense.

**Rationale** : With a smaller token included in this gauge it is good to see that the 2% cap is being included in the proposal from the start. This will help to manage expectations for a healthy ecosystem.
